This Website is owned by Ricochet Dynamics and operated by Ricochet Dynamics and/or its suppliers. The intellectual property rights, including the copyrights, in the material contained in this Website and any Ricochet Dynamics trademarks and brands included in that material belongs to Ricochet Dynamics and/or its licensors and/or its suppliers.  

No material, information, software, products, or services obtained from this Website may be modified, copied, displayed, performed, licensed, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, sold, distributed, researched, recovered, monitored or retrieved in any way, without the prior written permission of Ricochet Dynamics. User may only download one copy of the material on a single computer for User's own personal non-commercial use only, provided User keeps intact all accompanying copyright and other proprietary notices.

Fake Ricochet Dynamics messages

Did you receive a message that in any other way looks like a fake email to you? This may be an attempt to retrieve your personal information (also known as phishing), infect your computer or encourage you to join a fake lottery or contest. Fake emails can look just like real Ricochet Dynamics emails.

Such messages you can recognize by:

• the lack of a personal salutation

• urgent request to answer

• poor grammar and spelling mistakes

• a link to an unknown web address

Ricochet Dynamics will only send you 2 types of messages:

1.    Incident Emails

These emails inform you that your credentials have been used and identified during an incident by one of Ricochet Dynamics’ Partner Companies. You will never be asked any personal details in response to these emails. You will only be offered awareness that your credentials are being used and advice on how to protect your credentials in a structured manner. For more in-depth information you will be redirected to the Ricochet Dynamics website. And you are in no way obligated to follow the recommended steps.

2.    Response to your requests

• Automated requests: You will be offered an number of options to use automated features allowing you to: change the frequency that you receive emails from Ricochet Dynamics, change your preferred language (if supported), stop receiving emails from Ricochet Dynamics, start receiving emails from Ricochet Dynamics (only after first stopping or deleting), deleting your details (which automatically includes stopping) and receiving an overview of all details of your recorded details and incidents containing your email address.

• Manual requests: You have the opportunity to use our “Contact Us” form on our website or you can send us an email directly. In both these cases these could lead to us replying to you by email.

How to treat fake Ricochet Dynamics emails

We recommend not responding to this email, to not click on any links or open any attachments and to provide no personal information.

Ricochet Dynamics reserves the right to make and have made any and all changes to this Website at its sole discretion without notice to the User. In case of violation of these Terms, Ricochet Dynamics reserves the right to immediately and without any notice block the Users access to the Website and/or take any action or to make any claims considered necessary or appropriate to obtain compensation.
 

These Terms refer only to the use of this Website and separate terms and conditions apply other services.
 

This Agreement shall be deemed to have been made in Overschild, The Netherlands and shall be interpreted, and the rights and liabilities of the parties hereto determined in accordance with the law of The Netherlands, without regard to conflicts of law principles. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Groningen, The Netherlands for the determination of any claim or controversy between the parties and arising out of or relating to this Agreement. 

User acknowledges that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists or arises between the User and Ricochet Dynamics as a result of this Agreement or use of this Website. User agrees not to hold himself or herself out as a representative, agent, or employee of Ricochet Dynamics and that Ricochet Dynamics will not be liable for any representation, act or omission of the User.  Throughout this Website the terms "partner(s)" and "partnership(s)" are used to refer to co-operation agreements and not to any relationship which has specific legal or tax implications. Ricochet Dynamics cannot therefore accept any liability for the conduct of these partner organisations.

Ricochet Dynamics' performance of this Agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process and nothing contained in this Agreement is in derogation of Ricochet Dynamics' right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to the User's use of this Website or information provided to or gathered by Ricochet Dynamics with respect to such use. 

If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect. 

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between User and Ricochet Dynamics with respect to the use of this Website. A printed version of this Agreement and of any notice given in electronic form will be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this Agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.

These Terms and Conditions took effect on 25 October 2023 and replaced our previous Terms and Conditions of 26 June 2020. This Terms and Conditions are amended from time to time. We will notify you of any changes before they take effect.
